BrightGrid Energy is hiring a Wind Farm Site Engineer to join our Edinburgh team. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact work in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. Commission a 1.2 GW North Sea offshore wind cluster.

- 01Own delivery of key engineering initiatives end-to-end.

- 04Measure outcomes with clear metrics and iterate quickly.

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Track record of delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
- Comfort working with distributed, multicultural teams.
