About This Mission

Lumen Education is hiring a NGO Program Coordinator to join our Delhi team. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact work in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. We're looking for someone excited to shape the future of edtech and grow with a mission-driven organization.

Coordinate education-access programs across 8 Indian states.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
  • Track record of delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
  • Comfort working with distributed, multicultural teams.
